Careful thought and meticulous planning, with attention to every detail, has gone into the design of the Highland Springs subdivision layout, building scheme and design guidelines, to ensure privacy, lot useability and optimal views.  Each home site has a minimum 1,500 square feet building footprint which can accommodate a three storey house with a walk-out basement.

Our west coast contemporary design guidelines and building scheme emphasize the use of natural stained timbers, wood trims and stone finishes that blend into the natural hillside landscape.  These guidelines have been prepared to ensure a high quality of construction and to preserve a cohesive character of homes at Highland Springs, leading to long-term value and appreciation for owners and residents.
